SPECIAL DIETS
We make every effort to accommodate individuals who have special dietary needs. While we cannot provide each person a meal based on personal preferences, we are happy to accommodate special diets in the following areas:
Health Related Dietary Needs
* Diabetes
* Food allergies
* Gluten free
* Lactose intolerance
Voluntary dietary needs
* Vegetarian
SPECIAL DIET REQUEST PROCESS
* Fill out the special diet request form at least one week before your stay.
* Watch for a confirmation email from LBC.
* We will contact you if we need more information.
* At meal time, please notify your server than you have special arrangements.
* Your server will bring your meal to your table.
HIGHLY SPECIALIZED DIETS
If a camper requires highly specialized foods, we ask that you provide those foods. We will be glad to store and prepare them.
FOOD ALLERGIES
Please be aware that we are not a nut-free facility. The camp store carries candy bars that may have nuts.
NOTES
* Parents of campers, please feel free to send required foods with your camper.
* Retreat Coordinators, please have guests fill out the special diet request form.
* If you do not receive a confirmation email three days before your stay,
