DCM Job Announcement
Lakeside Bible Camp Association is seeking qualified applicants for Director of Camp Ministries. The DCM is expected to further the mission of the camp through the planning and delivery of the spiritual ministries, programs, activities and events.
A major portion of responsibility is the securing and equipping the volunteer ministry program directors. Impactful programs may include, summer resident camp, family camps, weekend retreats, and our TCL (Training in Christian Living) discipleship program.
Ensures the safety and welfare of all campers, coordinates promotion and recruitment efforts, and collaborates with parents and camp registrar. Occasionally hosts group retreats. The DCM serves as a team member with other core ministry staff members. This is a management position that requires extensive planning, organization, communication and networking skills.
