LBC is committing to providing a gift for all our Summer Staff. In 2024 we consider our summer staff to be 3-week TCL Cabin Leaders, Summer Crew, and Staff Assistants. Check out the updates Summer Staff page to see some of these changes. Depending on the role, a Summer Staff person can receive $1200, $2500, or $3000—depending on their length of service and position.
